These recently foreclosed homes were purchased by Harris County and are now being offered for resale at 20% below the County’s purchase price to pre-qualified buyers who meet the guidelines of the H.O.M.E. program. Please review the Do I Qualify? section on this Website. All homes purchased must be owner occupied for the required affordability period.
All licensed real estate agents are welcome to participate in the H.O.M.E. program. The standard 3% commission to the buyer’s agent applies; along with up to 6% contribution toward the buyer’s closing costs.
